This will be an hour long class. Please bring a yoga mat with you for class. If you do not have one, there will be a couple available that I will have. If you have your own yoga props, you are more than welcome to bring them. Props (blankets, straps, and blocks) will be provided also; so students can feel the full and meditative expression of each pose.
This class is a combination of slow, flowing movements to holding a pose and becoming more introspective about yourself. No previous yoga experience is required. Feel free to invite friends and loved ones, if you wish.
