Helping Your Child Succeed In School

Keynote speaker Kathy Jones, former principal of Camp Creek Elementary School, will lead us in an informative and helpful discussion on how to help our children succeed in school. Mrs Jones draws from her many years as a principal as well as years as a parent to provide practical suggestions and helpful guidelines for our children’s success.

After the keynote presentation, there will be several options of smaller break-out sessions on more specific topics grouped by age range (Elementary school, Middle School, High School and College) as well as topics of interest such as How to Fill Out the FAFSA Application, Preparing Your Children for the Transition to Middle School, Freedom Vs Control - Finding the Right Balance and others.

Join us for a time that will help and expand our capabilities as parents to guide our children to success.

Childcare and activities will be provided for toddlers (2-5 years) and Elementary School Age children (5 - 12 years). There will be fun and exciting circus-themed activities with bouncy houses and games to keep the kids thrilled while the parents are learning and growing!
