UPDATE: Hillcrest road has been re-opened.
LILBURN, GA -- The Lilburn Police Department has closed Hillcrest Road due to flooding of Jackson Creek, the city announced Wednesday in an email.
The notice went out at about noon. Motorists were urged to avoid the area until further notice.
