Idol Take 2: Singers Lift Their Voices

The second Lilburn Idol performance of the summer went off without a hitch Friday night in City Park.

Seventeen competitors put their voices on the line with a chance to advance in the annual competition. Winners from Friday's and July 8th's performances, as well as other high points-winners, will compete in seven age divisions next Friday in the Idol Finale, also to be held in City Park.

Friday's event was a make-up of the performance that was rained out on June 24.
