"I'm not cut out to be a pencil pusher! So why in the world would someone dump me at an office park?"
Kaufmann is waiting patiently for his forever home. Always watching those around him getting adopted, hoping one day will be his turn!!
Kaufmann would rather chew pencils than push them. He is a smart boy with a lot of great traits but he’s not cut out for a desk job. Kaufmann and his brother were dumped at an office park and Furkids was happy to take them in and find them a more suitable home. Kaufmann is playful with other dogs but people are his most favorite companions. He is better suited to a job in a kissing booth than at a desk. He loves the outdoors, walking, hiking, playing or lounging in the hammock with you in the dog days of summer. A hammock is no fun unless it’s shared with a big, slobbering four legged companion. Kauffman is perfect for the job!
Since Kaufmann is under 2 years old, his adoption fee is $275 unless you have a senior or military ID, then you get an extra 25% off! Apply now to meet Kaufmann at Furkids.org. or email dogadoptions@furkids.org with questions.
Furkids is a 501c3 nonprofit charitable organization that operates the largest cage-free, no-kill shelter in the Southeast for rescued cats and a no-kill shelter for dogs. At these locations, animals experience the best care in a loving, safe environment until they are adopted into forever homes. The Furkids mission is to help end pet overpopulation in Georgia through sterilization, high-quality adoption and by providing valuable spay/neuter services and pet care education to people in the community. Furkids cares for more animals on a daily basis than any other local organization and has rescued and altered more than 15,000 animals since its founding in 2002. Approximately 1,000 cats and dogs are in the Furkids program today, in the Furkids shelters, 14 PetSmart and Petco adoption centers and more than 400 foster homes.
