Juvenile Curfew on the July City Council Agenda

Lilburn City Council meets at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, July 9th

Among those items to be voted on during the July 9th Council meeting is an ordinance which will provide for a curfew for juveniles, along with outlining penalties for violations. The ordinance is being considered as a measure to reduce the number of crimes "committed by and against minors in the late night/early morning hours."

Other items on the agenda include:

  • Property lease for Community Garden
  • Sentencing guidelines for incidents of graffiti
  • Setting millage rate
