Late Night Eating = A-OKAY!!!

Yes. Ok. So the scenario they put is NOT okay but it's true. While you can eat ONE big meal a day OR 6 small meals a day, it's really up to you. Will just breakfast hold you over? No! You're going to be dragging all day long. You may even grab some fast food cause you're so exhausted from having zero food in your body. Eating 5-6 reasonable sized meals a day will have you constantly getting energy every 3-4 hours and keep you going. Right now, I eat about 4-5 meals a day. Why? Because I don't need to eat 6. I have energy from the amount of food im eating. During prep however, you're in a caloric deficit and the constant feedings keep you energized even if you're not getting much food. Moral of the story is to find out how many calories you can eat, find out how many meals work for YOUR lifestyle and burn them calories via lifting and cardio! Heck, during prep, I literally ate my last meal in bed and went to sleep the second after the last bite. Eating right before does nothing. It's the amount of calories you consume in the given day!
