Chef Nancy Waldeck will be hosting a chef demo at 6 pm. Come and see how to make grilled corn salad wraps made with corn, tomatoes, cilantro, avocados, red bell peppers and red onions. Don't those ingredients make your mouth water?
FOOD TRUCKS ARE RETURNING TO LFM! We are so excited to have Mac the Cheese {Comfort} Food Truck joining us this Friday. Like macaroni and cheese topped with goodness? Well, the market will be the place to make your dreams come true. Mac and cheese topped with buffalo chicken, pulled pork, spring veggies, sun dried tomatoes and so much more will be available. Blue Cheese BLTs and Patty Melts are also part of the menu!
Poppi's BBQ is joining the market this week. Lilburnite Scott DeForest brings his special BBQ plates and sandwiches to the market. Plates will include baked beans (according to his wife, Lucy, best beans in the world!) and slaw. Every 50th plate of BBQ will be FREE this week only. Eat at the market or take it home. Either way it is sure to be a treat.
LWC continues to host the Little Free Library. Come and pick up a new book to enjoy.
Clark Brown will be filling the market with his special music.
