If you like music – you do not want to miss the market this week. We have 3 different groups performing. From 4 pm to 6 pm, the Crying Room Players featuring rising Brookwood Senior Libby Maneol will be performing. From 6 pm to 7 pm, the Bluegrass group, Gravel Springs, will be entertaining us. From 7 pm to 8 pm, the Irish Band, Whiskey & Cream, will have us dancing in the street. It will be like 3 concerts at one venue!
The Atlanta Burger Truck is headed to the market this week. Burgers of all kinds – Angus, turkey, black bean – plus delicious sides will be available from this rolling restaurant. Fitzgerald Smoked Meats will offer wonderful BBQ and ribs. Come by and pick up dinner.

So glad to have Lizzie’s Pantry returning to the market this week, as well as, Carrell Farms Water Buffalo Meat, Red Cactus Tamales and Cookie Monkey. All of your market favorites will be there too – like Zocalo Salsa, Pappardelle’s Pasta, Sophie’s Choice Dog Biscuits, Five Oaks Florist, and Stacked Bars. These are in addition to our wonderful produce vendors. The best part of shopping at the Lilburn Farmers Market is you get to talk to the person who grew or produced your food!
Lilburn Woman’s Club Education program continues to host the Little Free Library. Come and pick up a book or drop off books you have read for others to enjoy.
The Lilburn Farmers Market is pleased to partner with Girl Scout Troop #1888, sponsored by Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church, in “A Taste from Home.” This project provides free Girl Scout cookies to past and present military personnel. Danni M. of Troop #1888 started the program 5 years ago to “thank those that are in the service for protecting our freedom by remembering them with a small “Taste from Home.”
The donated cookies are collected from scouts all over metro-Atlanta. During the span of the program over 35,000 boxes of cookies have been distributed to VA hospitals, local veterans, military bases/outposts in Georgia, and overseas. If you are past or present military, you’re invited to the Market to get your free Girl Scout cookies. Just come by the Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church booth during the remaining Market days.
