Lilburn Middle School Cadets Learn Selfless Service

Cadets from the Junior Leadership Corps Program learn to give back to their community

The Lilburn Middle School Cadets have worked very hard collecting cans to donate to the 33rd Annual Holiday Can-A-Thon hosted by 11 Alive News. The cans will go to the Salvation Army which is active in our communities 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, meeting the needs and doing the most good. The following Cadet leaders from the Junior Leadership Corps program where asked what do they think about community service and selfless service:

Cadet Eric Ross - “Helping someone without receiving a prize”

Cadet Daunnette Reyome - “Doing something out of the good of your heart”
