Man Arrested for Child Molestation, Indecent Exposure
Hysunn Rowan of Stone Mountain was charged with exposing himself to several children at the Villas Apartment complex.

Hysunn Rowan of Stone Mountain was charged with child molestation and indecent exposure after turning himself in at the Lilburn Police Department Tuesday evening.
Police had been looking for Rowan since Nov. 2, when he allegedly masturbated in front of children at the Villas Apartment complex on Stone View Trail.
Lilburn police were able to identify Rowan as the suspect because a courtesy officer who lives in the complex had seen and talked to him soon after two girls reported the incident to the office manager, according to a police report. Rowan fled from the officer on foot, leaving his SUV behind.
