Man Beaten On Indian Trail Road
Inside the Police Reports: A man reported being beaten by a group of males outside of Club Qunioya last week.

A man reported that he was beaten outside of Club Qunioya last week.
The man, a 27-year-old from Atlanta, told Gwinnett police that around 3 a.m. on Aug. 14, around seven Hispanic males jumped him as he walked out of the club, located on the 900 block of Indian Trail Lilburn Road.
When the males first approached him, they asked where he was going. They circled him after he questioned why they wanted to know, and they asked for his wallet.

One of the suspects then hit the back of his head, which prompted the others to hit him to the ground.
But the victim said he was able to get away. "Somehow I ran away from them and went back inside the club and called 911," he told police, according to the report.

When he ran inside, he saw one of the males pull out a handgun and shoot it in the air twice. They all walked away, and police weren't able to locate them in the area after the incident.
According to the victim, all but two of the suspects wore white T-shirts and blue jeans. The other two were wearing white jeans. One of them also had a tattoo on his face.
The victim said he didn't need an ambulance to check his injuries.
