Meet our Family of the Month; A Trusted Partnership with Parents

Brandy is the loving mom of Cadence, a student in our Early Preschool classroom. They love going to the park (the swings are Cadence’s favorite); Painting pottery, reading books together and baking cookies or cupcakes on rainy days.

They currently reside in Georgia but are Florida girls at heart. Cadence spent the first year of her life near the ocean and their family is there so their favorite vacation destination is Florida.

An interesting fact about our family is that Cadence’s middle name is Miranda, in honor of the Miranda Rights (i.e. You have the right to remain silent…) and as a means of paying homage to the 6th Amendment in the United States Constitution because for the first 8 years of Brandy’s legal career as a criminal defense attorney.

Brandy shares her Primrose experience: When the Brandy was asked why she chose the Primrose School at Sugarloaf Parkway for Cadence she replied, “I chose Primrose for Cadence’s daily care because the quality of early learning is second to none. Cadence is extremely advanced and I wanted her daycare to both re-enforce what she learns at home and add to her knowledge. Additionally, the members of the staff and administration are welcoming and obviously have a great love for children so I was comfortable entrusting her in the care of Primrose.

“What I love most about Primrose is that Cadence loves it! She sings the Primrose song EVERYDAY on our way home from work and school and she’s always smiling when she sings the last line “that’s why I love Primrose School.” One of the most difficult things in the world is entrusting your child with strangers but the Primrose staff has quickly become like family. As a parent, I could not be happier that my child is being taken care of so wonderfully while I am at work.”
