Patricia (Tish) Moffitt age 53 of Bethlehem, GA; Passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents Oscar & Jo Ann (Faust) Moffitt. She is survived by her daughters & son-in-law Danielle & Ryan Whittaker of Bethlehem, GA; Alesha Maahs of Bethlehem, GA; grandchildren Anthony Bean, Reagan, Tyler, John, Morgan, & Jason Duchaine & Ansley Whittaker aunt Shannon (David) Jones of Lilburn, GA; & two cousins. Patricia received her education at Tucker High School; she worked for Quest Diagnostics in Tucker for over 32 years. Patricia was a loving & caring mother, & grandmother. Her grandchildren were the love of her life, she was a loving nana, and she always referred to her grandchildren as her kid's A service celebrating the life of Patricia (Tish) Moffitt will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 11:00am at Lilburn Alliance Church in Lilburn, GA with Pastor Frank Hartley officiating.
