Parkview Wins National Championship

A team of Parkview High School students have won a national championship.

Members of the school’s Technology Students’ Association chapter recently won first place in the Music Production category during the National TSA Conference, held June 21-25 in Grapevine, Texas.

The Parkview song entitled “We Are TSA” won the category; the team also placed in the Technology Bowl Oral and Architectural Model categories. More than 4,000 students nationwide competed.

The Parkview team consisted of: Alisha Bhimani, Eric Brown, Tina Chan, Ross Cunningham, Derick Fernandez, Asha Harris, Mizaan Pirani, Brian Rivas, Jordan Rosenthal, Tre Thomas, Tung-Hung Tsai and Meh-Ki White. Cunningham, Pirami, Rosenthal and White attended the national conference.
