A Gwinnett County man was arrested and charged with murder after police say he shot his wife to death following an argument Saturday.
Lilburn Police said in a Monday morning news release that Rupert Clarke, 59, is accused of shooting Rosemarie Lebert, 56, around 3 p.m. Saturday at 5119 Woodfall Drive.
