St. John Neumann School Installs Learning Garden

STEM School Garden

Playing in the dirt is now a part of every student’s education at St. John Neumann Regional Catholic School in Lilburn, GA. Thanks to the Catholic Foundation of North Georgia, the Captain Planet Foundation, and many hard-working parent volunteers, the school recently installed a learning garden for their kindergarten through eighth grade students. This garden will allow the students, staff, parents, and the entire St. John Neumann parish community to come together and experience more of God’s bountiful gifts in the great outdoors.

St. John Neumann is answering Pope Francis’ charge to care for the world’s common home, bringing a greener and more engaging environmental curriculum to the school community.
