The victim was able to free himself and went to a neighbor's house to contact authorities. According to the report, he couldn't describe the suspects, their car or the direction they traveled because it was dark and they only approached him from behind.
The other incident occurred around 7 p.m. on the 5500 block of Arrowind Road to a 36-year-old male. He was repairing his car at his home with his brother when a white Chevy Impala drove up with three black males. One male exited the vehicle and appeared to be asking for directions, so the victim walked up to their car.
When the victim got closer, a different male placed a pistol to his back and demanded money. He ended up striking the victim in the head with the gun.
According to the report, the suspects stole around $300 cash from his pocket and then drove away. Additionally, the suspects threatened to kill him if he contacted police.
Similar to the morning incident, the victim was not able to describe much about the suspects because of the lack of light. He was only able to give police a description of the driver, who was wearing jeans, a red shirt and a skull cap.
In the morning incident, the victim told police that he has no idea who would commit the crime. Photos were taken of the ties and tape, in addition to a black bag and hat left by the suspects.
