Two Arrested in Lilburn Shooting Death
The two face charges of tampering with evidence and other crimes, but no charges directly relating to the shooting have been filed.

LILBURN, GA -- Two people are under arrest in connection with the shooting death of a Lilburn man Sunday night.
Lilburn Police were called to the Woodcliff Apartments home of Andrej Udovicic, 23, at about 9:43 p.m. on Sunday to find him suffering from at least one gunshot wound to his upper body, according to a news release.
Udovicic was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville, where he was pronounced dead at 10:18 p.m.

Police say their investigation is ongoing. But, two arrests have been made in the case.
Malachi Smith, 17, of Tucker, is charged with tampering with evidence and reckless conduct. Diamonique Murry-Jackson, 26, of Snellville, is charged with tampering with evidence, reckless conduct and possession of more than an ounce of marijuana.

No charges directly related to the shooting have yet been filed.
Preliminary court hearings for the two are scheduled for May 26. They are being held without bond.
