Woman Poses for Nude Photos Near Church

A Snellville woman was arrested for trespassing and posing for nude photographs near a Lilburn church.

According to the police report, Gwinnett County officers arrived at First Pentecostal Slavic Church of Atlanta in reference to an activated alarm around 1:49 p.m. on Nov. 5.

Police searched the church, located at 4417 Stone Mountain Highway, but found nothing. They went back outside and spotted a 22-year-old Snellville woman on a nearby hill with a man, who was carrying a large camera and walking around her.

The report notes that her waist had been hidden by some boulders, and the man threw a pair of jeans at her so she could put them on.

The officers approached the two and found a number of items around them, including bras, pump shoes, panties and a bottle of baby lotion. She told police that she was "just taking pictures" and denied taking any nude photos.

The man, a 42-year-old Atlanta resident, also denied it. He told officers that he was a photographer shooting the woman in various clothing, including a bikini, and they had just started.

At one point, the woman's 2-year-old daughter crawled out from behind a boulder.

Officers told them they had no problem with what they were doing, but the situation seemed questionable when taking everything into account.

They agreed to leave the premises, but around 3:17 p.m., officers found them at the same hill again. She was nude and posing for the camera. In addition, the man's camera held nude photos of the woman from that same area.

Officers learned that the purpose of the photo shoot was to expand the woman's portfolio so that she could try to gain employment as an exotic dancer.

The two were arrested for public indecency and criminal trespassing.
