Woman Reports Assault After Letting Man Use Her Bathroom
Inside the Police Reports: A Lilburn woman says she was sexually battered and knocked out after allowing a man into her home.

A woman reported to Lilburn Police earlier this month that she had been sexually battered and assaulted in late May.
The suspect, a Hispanic male from Tucker whom she said had met a week before, had entered her home near Arcado Road at 10 a.m. on May 31 after she told him that he could use her bathroom. The bathroom is connected to her bedroom. She said she allowed five minutes to pass, and entered her room.
According to the police report, the suspect had undressed himself down to his boxers and was sitting on the bed. She told him that she "didn't want a boyfriend" and walked off, but he grabbed her arms. She was successful in breaking away from his grip and pushing his back against the wall, but he grabbed her again and hit her head, which knocked her unconscious.

The victim had met the suspect a week before the incident when he was trying to sell her DVDs near her home. She agreed to buy his DVDs and sell them at her job. The day of the incident, he arrived at her home and asked her if she wanted to buy more movies, then asked to use her bathroom, according to her statements to police.
According to the report, the victim told officers that the male is 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8, has a chubby build and drives a red Chevrolet Tahoe. She was able to tell police the tag number of the vehicle and also the suspect's name, which is the same name registered to the vehicle.
The case is still active.
