1 Killed As Vehicle Hits Gwinnett Restaurant
Police were on the scene of the crash Thursday afternoon as details were emerging.
SNELLVILLE, GA — One person was killed Thursday afternoon when a vehicle ran into a restaurant in Gwinnett County.
Gwinnett County Police officers were responding to M&J Homestyle Cooking at 3050 West Main St. (Hwy. 78) near Snellville. Details about the incident were still emerging, according to police spokeswoman Cpl. Michele Pihera.
Pihera said a vehicle ran into the restaurant and one person was killed. It was unclear whether the victim was in the vehicle or inside the restaurant.
