ALDI To Host Job Fair For Stores All Over Gwinnett County
The Lawrenceville job fair will hire for ALDI stores in Dacula, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Loganville, and Snellville.

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA — Chicago-based retail grocery chain ALDI will be hosting a job fair next week to hire associates for stores all over Gwinnett County, including Dacula, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Loganville, and Snellville.
The event is set for 7 a.m.-noon on Monday, April 30, at the ALDI 996 Duluth Highway in Lawrenceville, GA. ALDI promotes itself as offering good benefit plans for its employees and being the market leader in salaries compared to other grocery chains.
According to the company, store associates earn $12 per hour, with a pay increase after six months. Shift managers get $12 per hour plus another $4.50 per hour when they are performing manger duties. They also get a pay raise after six months.

Employees who average more than 25 hours per week are eligible for health insurance and a dental plan. All employees are eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan.

The privately held, family-owned business was founded in Germany in 1946.
Monday's event will allow job prospects to ask questions and submit applications. They must be 18 or older to apply. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, a drug screening and background check will be done and applicants should be available to work from 6 a.m.-11 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
The ability to lift 45 pounds also is a requirement.
