Question: "What is your secret and what kept you going during the tough spots?"
1) I was happy with myself just as I was and I never started out to lose weight, only to not die during the Promise Walk for Preeclampsia 5K.

2) When I got used to exercising every day and saw the increased energy, I wanted to keep it up.
3) When I started to see pounds coming off with exercise alone, I decided to start tweaking my food intake and discovered that tracking my calories and researching food/nutrition made it like a science project and it has kept me going. I am always excited to see what I can get my body to accomplish next. Our bodies are AMAZING when given daily exercise and the right fuel.

Question: "My doctor sent me a message. My cholesterol is 245...help!!!"
1) Eat more (like 2/3 of your daily food intake) raw vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Drink water....a lot of it! Take Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplements. Google "how to reduce your cholesterol naturally."
2) Cut out the oils- except for olive oil and coconut oil. No butter or margarine. Cut way back on dairy.
3) If you must have meat, choose fish (not breaded or fried), chicken, or turkey. Cut out the red meat.
4) Pay attention to your body. Listen to what it is trying to tell you. Feed it lots of nutritious, whole foods and vitamins. Steer clear of processed foods (the ones that come in bags or boxes) and fast foods. The internet is a wealth of knowledge and so are the documentary movies (such as Food Inc., Forks Over Knives, and Food Matters) that can routinely be found on Netflix, RedBox, or any other movie rental company.
Question: "I read your story and heard about your new program. How much does the MOVE YOUR BODY Transformation Program cost?"
As you can see on the Sign Up Page, you can get the program for a one-time cost of $50.00. However, the program will be going up to $97 very soon. It would be well worth your money to jump on it now.
If you are interested in joining the Move Your Body Transformation Program Virtual Coaching Group, you can subscribe here for $10 per month. In that group, you will weigh-in online once a week and receive support and educational information from yours truly (Kristy Bell Olds).
Question: "I am a picky eater. I don't like a lot of vegetables. Is this a gluten-free diet?"
First and foremost, Move Your Body Transformation Program is not a diet! It is a program that focuses on goal setting, physical fitness, and nutrition education- somethings that were severely lacking in my last 35 years. It teaches you how to monitor your calories in versus calories out and it allows you to manage and choose your food.
