A Tuesday night fire caused moderate damage at a Loganville-area home in Gwinnett County.

Gwinnett Fire said in a news release that no one was injured in the house fire in the 500 block of Willowwind Drive. The fire happened around 9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3.
The fire appears accidental and originated from a warming fire in the fireplace.

Flames burned up the exterior chimney chase and charred part of the attic space, causing moderate damage to the chimney and exterior wall.
