Deadline To Register To Vote In Gwinnett City Elections Is Tuesday

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — Time is running out to register to vote in this fall's city elections in Gwinnett County.

Tuesday, Oct. 10, is the deadline to vote in the Nov. 7 municipal elections, according to county elections officials. There are no county elections coming up next month, but there will be voting in many of Gwinnett's cities.

Dacula, Duluth, Grayson, Lilburn, Loganville, Norcross, Peachtree Corners and Suwanee are just some of the places where there will be contested city council elections. Loganville also has a contested race for mayor on the ballot.

Residents with a valid Georgia driver's license or state-issued personal identification card may register to vote online at the Georgia Secretary of State's website.
