Dealing with the public

When you visit a medical facility and someone greets you, we want your visit to be a pleasant experience. Therefore, do not ignore me, or snarl at me, or be negative. Smile, I don't think it will kill you.  

I was raised to speak when spoken to, even if its a stranger. Yes ma'am and yes sir is expected. No problem is not an acceptable response. You help the elderly. 

Im here to help you. Please don't take advantage of me.
