After telling the deputies to leave, Bradley went into the SUV and pulled out a pink and black .40-caliber rifle, which he held, pointed upward, while walking toward Lt. Mark Hess.

Video shows Hess pull his handgun and begin backing away from Bradley, while ordering the suspect to drop the weapon. Instead, Bradley keeps moving forward, shouting profanity and the phrases "Shoot me!" and "Kill me!" over and over.

After several tense seconds, Bradley turns to take a few steps away from Hess and accidentally lets the rifle drop momentarily from his grasp. As he reaches for it, Hess tackles him to the ground and the two begin struggling for the weapon.

A second officer joins the struggle, and Hess momentarily places his handgun on the ground and punches Bradley twice in the face before the second officer is able to secure the rifle.

According to the report, damage inside the home included a "completely destroyed" flat-screen TV, a flipped-over table and a framed marriage license that had been smashed.

The victim told officers Bradley had done all the damage in front of her 8-year-old daughter, then began loading firearms and ammunition into the SUV. She said that Bradley had given her the rifle he'd been brandishing as a gift.

The report also said Bradley had another "violent outburst" when a jail van arrived.

Bradley received medical attention for a small cut inside his mouth and was taken to jail.
