Equal Pay Equal Work

Let's face it American women are almost no closer to receiving equal pay for equal work than five years ago after the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act was signed into law. Equal pay relates to the full range of payments and benefits, including basic pay, non-salary payments, bonuses and allowances. There must be policies that help women get equal pay for equal work. Here are the facts women earn 7% less than men earn just one year out of college, even when they have the same major and occupation. I will stand up and fight for Georgia women to ensure they have equal pay for equal work.
