Family Mourns Loss of 17-Month-Old Loganville Girl

Autumn Rachael Hardman passed away earlier this week from spinal muscular atrophy.

Donations are being accepted to help a Loganville family lay to rest their little girl to rest.

A reader alerted Patch of a GoFundMe effort to raise money for the family of Autumn Rachael Hardman, who passed away Jan. 17 at the age of 17 months after a lifelong battle with spinal muscular atrophy.

“Her mother has been out of work, because Autumn needed constant care. She also has three other boys. One being Autumn’s twin brother. Autumn was a beautiful little girl, with an amazing smile and spirit,” the Patch reader emailed.
