Family Wins Battle Over Slain Mother's Remains
Both sides reached an agreement Monday afternoon

The family of Nique Chatham Leili won the right to decide what to do with the Lawrenceville mother's remains.
According to WSB-TV, both Nique's family and her husband, Matt Leili, came to an agreement over her remains Monday afternoon. Her body will go to her family, however Matt will also be allowed to hold a separate service.
 in the woods near the entrance of her Oak Village subdivision. Her husband Matt is the only suspect in the case so far, however he has not been charged with anything. As first of kin, he still had first rights to Nique's body.

The court ruled Nique's 19-year-old daughter from a previous relationship, Alexander Michelle Page, shall have the right and ability to make decisions regarding the final disposition of the body of Nique Chatham Leili and shall be solely responsible for any and all expenses related to the costs of any final disposition.
 near the site where her body was found. Matt Leili was reportedly not in attendance. A memorial for her was also held Saturday morning in Athens.

According to WSB, the family said they will hold a funeral with a burial and not the cremation which they feared Matt Leili would have chosen.
