Grayson Merit Scholar Headed to College in Texas

Christine Lanier will study economics.

The National Merit Scholarship Corporation announced the winners of Merit scholarships financed by their colleges of choice.

Each recipient will receive up to $2,000 in annual scholarships. Around 2,500 winners were named in the U.S.

One of the recipients was a Grayson High School graduate:

College: University of Texas at Dallas
