Grayson Students Make Dean's List at Tech, Clemson, Denison

The following area students were honored for academic achievements in Fall 2014 at their respective colleges.

Denison University Dean’s List

Taylor Proctor of Grayson (30017) was one of 324 students named to Denison University’s 2014 fall semester dean’s list by Provost Kim Coplin. Students who achieve dean’s list status have maintained a grade point average of 3.7 or better (out of 4.0) for the semester. Proctor is a member of the Denison class of 2017.

Clemson University Dean’s List

These local students have been named to the Clemson University Dean’s List for the fall 2014 semester. To be named to the Dean’s List, a student achieved a grade-point average between 3.50 and 3.99 on a 4.0 scale.

• Ryan Patrick Philliber of Grayson, who is majoring in Industrial Engineering
• Nicholas Austin Schuessler of Grayson, who is majoring in Accounting

Georgia Tech Dean’s List

These local students have earned the distinction of Dean’s List at the Georgia Institute of Technology for Fall 2014. This designation is awarded to undergraduate students who have a 3.0 or higher academic average for the semester.
