Loganville Crime Watch: Outstanding Warrant Arrests Reported

Activity date: January 13, 2015 – January 14, 2015

Zone 1
Arrest – Matthew Nix was arrested for an outstanding warrant at a residence on James Powers Rd.

Arrest – Michael Tomes was arrested for an outstanding warrant at a residence on Mountain Creek Church Rd.

Arrest – Shannon Haynes was arrested for an outstanding warrant at a residence on Peters Cemetery Rd.

Zone 2
Theft Report – Money was reportedly stolen from a residence on Mt. Paran Church Rd.

Zone 3
Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested on Luanne Way in Bearden Estates in reference to a suspicious vehicle in the cul-de-sac on several occasions. Vehicle is described as a blue passenger car.

Zone 4
Suspicious Vehicle – Walton County Deputies responded to a suspicious vehicle in the area of Hwy 78 and Jacks Creek Rd. It was determined that the vehicle had been involved in an accident. Driver, Roman Neubauer, was transported to Clearview. Roman Neubauer was issued citations for several violations including DUI as a result of the accident.

Zone 5
Entering Auto – An entering auto report was made at a residence on Double Springs Place. Subject was reportedly woken by the car alarm going off. Vehicle door was found to be ajar but no items were taken. The area was searched by Walton County Deputies. No parties were located.

Zone 6
Arrest - Charles Ray Prevette was arrested for an outstanding warrant at a residence in Youth MHP.

Arrest – Elizabeth Hackler was arrested for an outstanding warrant at a residence on Hickory Grove Church Rd.

Suspicious Person – Two subjects were reportedly found sleeping on the porch of Sisters Restaurant on GA 20. Subjects were given a ride to girlfriend’s residence.

Zone 7
Stolen Vehicle – A 2012 Ford Fiesta was reportedly stolen from an area on Walnut Ave. / Leone Ave within the last month.

Accident – An accident with injuries occurred in the area of New Horizon Dr. One party seriously injured and transported to Clearview. Joseph T. Voyles, driver, arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI, Driving with Suspended, No Tag and No Insurance.

Alarm – Walton County Deputies responded to an alarm at Walnut Grove City Park storage shed. Deputies met with key holder. Everything okay.
