Loganville Man Dies After Weekend Accident
Report: the 19-year-old's vehicle left the roadway and struck several trees.
The Georgia State Patrol said a 19-year-old Loganville man died as a result of a one-car accident on Highway 81 Saturday.
Trooper Calvin Barton reported to the Rockdale Citizen that Ethan Rutledge of Loganville drove off the roadway on a curve and struck several trees. Rutledge died at an Atlanta hospital Sunday, the newspaper reported.
Barton said speed, drugs, alcohol and texting are not believed to be contributors to the crash.
