Loganville PD: Threat Against School Discredited

Loganville Police Department posted the following on Facebook Thursday morning about a discredited threat involving Loganville High School:

Last night a statement about a school lockdown and potentially dangerous situation was posted on a Loganville High School student’s twitter account, and this has caused some concern from both students and parents. The Loganville High School administration along with our department has worked together to thoroughly investigate this Twitter post and have spoken to the student who posted it.

There is NO threat of any dangerous situation today. The “tweet” has been completely discredited and has been taken down by the student who posted it.
