Loganville Rezoning For Engineering Firm Approved
The firm will build a new office building on Loganville Highway, and convert a family home into a live-work space.

LOGANVILLE, GA -- Gwinnett County Commissioners this week approved a rezoning request on Loganville Highway for an engineering firm.
Logistics & Engineering Solutions plans to build an office building and convert an existing single-family home into a live-work space on the 5.54-acre property.
The property is at 2500 Loganville Highway, northwest of Ozora Road.

The new building will have 10,500 square feet of office space. The existing home, a log-cabin style structure, is 1,800 square feet.
The request was approved after extensive review and discussion. It came with conditions, including guidelines for the exterior of the new building and landscaping buffers. There may be no more than three parking spaces in front of the building, with additional parking behind.
