Lids and scoop cracked/damaged. Interior of stand up freezer with food and ice build up; interior of open top cooler with water build up; carbon build up on lids; old glue and label residue on exterior surface of containers; flour build up on shelf of prep table; dust build up on fan. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
