Loganville's Miller Named Third Team All-ACC in Basketball

A former Loganville-area high school basketball star Daniel Miller, now a senior at Georgia Tech, was named to the third team of the All-Atlantic Coast Conference team this week.

The 6-foot-11 1/2 center also was named to the ACC All-Defensive team.

Miller averaged 11.3 points, 7.9 rebounds and 2.5 blocked shots, and shot 58.9 percent from the floor, according to a Georgia Tech press release.

Miller played at Loganville Christian Academy, and led LCA to three straight championships in the Independent Christian Schools of Georgia-Alabama.
