“I am proud to serve this community in this capacity. I live here, and I work here, and I will do my best to make sure that the Municipal Court is one we can be proud of: one in which people expect justice and fair treatment, and one which follows the letter of the law in order to ensure the safety of all who come to our city.”
Duff replaces Judge Brad Brownlow, who retired after 35 years. Duff was the Associate Court Judge when she was tabbed to replace Brownlow on an interim basis until a permanent appointment was made, LoganvilleLocal reported.
