Man Arrested For Child Trafficking, Molestation: Police

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA — The Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office's Fugitive Unit arrested a man Monday wanted on charges of aggravated child molestation, false imprisonment, human trafficking and enticing a child for indecent purposes.

Gene Wendell Lay, 33, had been sought be the Gwinnett County Police Department.

Lay is being held in the Gwinnett County Jail without bond.
