Vincent Graves was last seen at the Southern Plantation Senior Living Center near Tommy Lee Fuller Drive in Loganville. Graves is described as a white male, about 5'9" and around 206 pounds with blue eyes, and short gray hair with a scab on his chin. Graves was last seen wearing tan pants, a brown jacket and a blue baseball cap. Graves is a person with Alzheimer's and he may be traveling on foot.
