A Memorial Service will be held at 4 PM on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 in the Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home, Loganville.

Mr. Barrows is survived by his wife, Terri Cantrell Barrows of Loganville; Mother and Father: Joy & Ross Barrows of Oxford; Grandmothers: Doris Sylvester of Fayetteville, and Beth Barrows of Tyler, TX; Mother-in-law and Father-in-law: Steve and Wanda Cantrell of Loganville, and his loving dog Elvis.
