Bobby G. Hanson, age 80 of Lawrenceville passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2015.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 1, 2015 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. William Jackson and Rev. David Bentley will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Hanson served in the US Army during the Vietnam era, was a UAW member of local No. 10, and retired from General Motors.

He is survived by wife: Edna Lorene Hanson, Lawrenceville; daughters & sons-in-law: Judy & Edward Doss, Covington; Barbara & Mike Huckaby, Winder; Tammy & Steve Yagle, Grayson; sons: Glen Hanson, Lawrenceville; Bobby Hanson, Winder; brother: Luther Hanson, Buford; brother & sister-in-law: Jimmy & Opal Hanson, Braselton; 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; host of family & friends.
