Myrtle B. Myers Jenkins, age 90, of Snellville passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2015.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday August 15, 2015 in the Snellville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Todd Cory will officiate. Interment will follow at Lenora Baptist Church Cemetery.

A native of Snellville, Georgia, Mrs. Jenkins was involved in women’s bible study groups and enjoyed traveling the world with her husband. She retired from Rich’s Department Store in 1990.

She is preceded by a son Jimmy Lamar Jenkins in 1977. She is survived by her husband of 70 years James Neal Jenkins of Snellville, Daughter & Son-in-law: Juanita & Ronnie Stevens of Monroe, Son & Daughter-in-law: Jack & Jackie Jenkins of Mableton, Daughter & Son-in-law: Jane & Drew Davis of Grayson, Brothers & Sisters-in-law: Harvey & Edna Myers of Social Circle, Harold & Merle Myers of Snellville, Sister: Elizabeth Rutledge of Snellville. Grandchildren: Amy & Keith Ward, Stacy & Scott Goddard, Chad & Melanie Jenkins, Vince Davis, Cody & Erin Davis, Rachael Jenkins, Great Grandchildren: Ethan, Makayla, Calab, Connor Ward, Cody, Noah, Bryce, Bethanie Jenkins, Jacob Goddard, and several nieces and nephews.
