Missing Senior: Police Seek Help Finding Man With Dementia

Larry Paul Hodges went missing in unincorporated Lawrenceville on Thursday.

LAWRENCEVILLE, GA — Gwinnett County Police are asking for help finding a senior with dementia who has gone missing.

The family of Larry Paul Hodges contacted the department on Thursday to report him missing.

Hodges, 72, was last seen Wednesday around 2 p.m. at 1380 Barrett Place Ln. in unincorporated Lawrenceville.

His vehicle, a gray 2003 Ford F250 also was missing from the residence. His license plate number is PDG9852.

The Gwinnett County Police Department has been in contact with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation in referencing to issuing a Mattie’s Call for Hodges.

Hodges is described as a white male, standing 5'9'' and weighing about 172 pounds. He has blue eyes and light brown hair and was last seen wearing a maroon t-shirt and blue jeans.

In addition to suffering from dementia, Hodges is on several medications and has trouble walking, police said.
