New Backroom Lounge At Kimball House -- Bonanza! -- Opens Friday
The new space will serve as a private dining area some nights, and as a cocktail lounge the rest of the time.
DECATUR, GA -- Kimball House, Decatur's home for tasty oysters and equally palate-pleasing cocktails, is expanding.
Bonanza! will be the name of the newly renovated space opening Friday at the East Howard Avenue eatery.
The backroom lounge will seat 32 people and be available to reserve for private dining, the restaurant says on its website.

On weekend nights when it's not reserved, Bonanza! will serve as a cocktail lounge for patrons.
It will have its own unique menu, focused on cheeses, charcuterie and shareable items, and the bar will specialize in before and after-dinner drinks. Of course, oysters and caviar will be available.

Co-owner Mile Macquarrie told Atlanta Eater that Bonanza! will have its own entrance, bathroom, kitchen and cocktail station.
Hours at Bonanza! will be 6 p.m. to close.
