New Stores, Tea Shop Coming to Mall of Georgia

Several seasonal shops have also opened at the largest mall in the Southeast.

Three new stores are coming to Mall of Georgia in the next few months.

Tea shop Bubbleology, fashion boutique Lizard Thicket and Garrett Popcorn Shops will become part of the largest mall in the Southeast later this year or early next year.

“We are thrilled to welcome these diverse offerings to our restaurant and retail mix,” said Teresa Holloway, director of marketing and business development at Mall of Georgia. “We strive to continually provide the best combination of options for our shoppers, and these additions allow us to uphold that commitment.”

Bubbleology is a London-based company specializing in bubble tea -- hot or cold teas served with chewy tapioca balls. It is set to open a tea bar on upper-level Center Court in early 2016.

Garrett Popcorn Shops will offer small-batch, gourmet popcorn. It is set to open on the lower-level mall near JCPenney in late December.

Lizard Thicket, an Atlanta-based women’s clothing boutique, is set to open in April in The Village next to Chico’s.

Several seasonal shops also are now open for last-minute Christmas shopping at Mall of Georgia. They include the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United Team Store, Hickory Farms, Harry & David, Go! Calendars and Polar X Ornaments.
