Police: Car Stolen With 6-Month-Old Baby Inside

DeKalb County police say neighbors saw the car speed away and gave chase.

DECATUR, GA -- Car thieves stole a vehicle with a 6-month-old baby inside late Thursday, DeKalb County Police said.

The victim told WSB-TV that he was removing a key from a Realtor's lockbox on a house on Deer Pause Lane in south DeKalb when he saw the car pulling out of the driveway.

Neighbors gave him a ride and they chased the suspects. When they caught them, the suspects got out of the car and ran away. The baby was recovered safely, about a mile away from where the car was stolen.
