Gwinnett County's medical examiner has confirmed that the remains are not those of Justin Gaines, an 18 year old from Snellville who was last seen on November 2, 2007 at Wild Bill’s near Duluth.
The newly released sketch, by Georgia Bureau of Investigation forensic artist Kelly Lawson, is based in part on the artist's impressions. Exact skin tone, hair color, hair length and the like aren't known.
